The Icelandic Equestrian Associations (LH) and HorseDay have entered into an agreement to develop the "Tournament" functionality within the HorseDay app and is therefore intended to replace the app LH Kappi, with the aim of significantly improving the appearance and technical functionality. The application will allow users to monitor tournaments and/or horses so that the person will receive notifications when new results are received.

HorseDay ehf. and the German Icelandic Horse Breeding and Sports Association (IPZV) have joined forces to promote equestrian sports and the culture of Icelandic horses in Germany. The collaboration aims to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of information in everyday horse handling and training, as well as unite the Icelandic horse community internationally. The partnership is expected to strengthen networking and collaboration within the Icelandic horse community and provide various stakeholders around the horse with an opportunity to document their progress and improve their performance.

The University of Hólar, which has a long and distinguished history as a research and training institute, has entered into a formal partnership with HorseDay ehf. to further develop and use the HorseDay app for training and teaching at the university's equine science department. The app allows users to get an overview of the horse's training and care, a connection to WorldFengur and a social environment around the Icelandic horse. In addition, training sessions can be recorded using the GPS signal, similar to other leisure activities, thus automatically providing an overview of important training information.

Over the weekend of 30-2. April the IceHorse Festival was held in Herning in Denmark. There was a huge turnout for the tournament, or a total of 3,000 tickets were sold.
